Good morning, When I initially sent the report for my Terra it automatically sent from an email I don't use frequently so am sending a follow-up from the email I use more often and the one I used to purchase my Terra. I haven't heard back and am unable to access the ticket because you have to login. My son set up the Terra and used his email so I tried logging in with that but is says the account doesn't exist. The same happened when I tried using my hotmail and my bell accounts. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or solutions. I have my Terra in a place where whippoorwills call every night but they are never picked up by Terra … why??? I even put my phone right next to the Terra turned on Merlin and the phone picked the whippoorwill up …. And I can hear it on live feed. Sent from my iPhone

I purchased the Terra Listens a couple of months ago and it worked for about a week. It seemed to have become disconnected from the internet. Unfortunately, my husband became sick and I didn’t follow up to fix it. I am now trying to set it back up and when I try to connect it to the internet through my modem, I receive the message “missing or invalid authorization header” and it won’t connect. Scott we’ve been having a lot of problems with constant static on our Terra. Frank, or volunteer camper set up the unit this spring and initially we had some issues so we always reset the device. Frank has contacted me and said both he and Joe, another volunteer camper, have noticed more issues with static. You met with June and I when you helped us set it up. June our tech person , has also been in the office and reset the device and reboot the computer to see if that helped which it did not. Can you please let us know how we can remedy this problem?
